Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was upon receipt, unused and unworn, with the tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept products that are returned to us without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and hygiene products (such as cosmetics). Contact us if you have specific questions or concerns about a particular product.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired product is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once the return has been accepted.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Unless otherwise restricted by the conditions mentioned above, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Such a return requires the product to be in the same condition as it was upon receipt, unused and unworn, with the tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will also let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
